The Client Delivery Specialist will be responsible for managing client compliance projects, meeting client expectations, and supporting their compliance needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, project management, and a passion for mentorship. A background in compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC2, ISO27001) is a plus. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT JUST A CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining a professional and responsive relationship through regular communication. You will lead client meetings via Zoom, phone, or in-person to discuss project progress, address concerns, and provide updates.
- Project & Task Management: Oversee and manage multiple client-facing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and meet client expectations.
- Client Reporting: Deliver timely and accurate reports on project status, tasks, and client feedback, while providing valuable insights during monthly and quarterly client meetings.
- Identify Areas for Improvement: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, assess compliance risks, and propose solutions to enhance security and mitigate risks.
- Compliance Learning: Continuously develop a foundational understanding of compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC2, and ISO27001, helping clients meet regulatory requirements and improve their security posture.
- Customer Success: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service delivery, supporting long-term client retention and growth.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (IT, Healthcare, Business, Data Security, etc.)
- Experience: 2-4 years of related experience in customer service, project management, or client-facing roles in IT, healthcare, data security, or compliance sectors.
- Client Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and persuasively with clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage client projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, project management tools, and other relevant software to manage client data and tasks.
- Problem-Solving: Critical thinker with the ability to analyze client challenges, identify risks, and recommend practical solutions.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new compliance frameworks and adjust to evolving client and regulatory needs.
