Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The SDR will be responsible for outbound prospecting, engaging potential clients, and setting up qualified meetings for our sales team. This is a high-impact role with a clear path to success, supported by cutting-edge sales tools and a rewarding commission structure.


Responsibilities:

Conduct 100 outbound calls and send 75 emails per day to potential clients.

Utilize ZoomInfo or an equivalent sales tool to identify and reach target prospects.

Engage with prospects to generate interest in Quant.ai’s AI-driven efficiency solutions.

Schedule and book at least one qualified meeting per day for the Sales Director.

Collaborate closely with the Sales Director to ensure smooth handoffs and quality discovery calls.

Maintain accurate records of outreach and interactions in CRM.

Continuously refine sales strategies based on feedback and market insights.


Compensation & Performance Incentives:

Competitive base salary.

Performance-based incentives: If meetings booked by the SDR are properly qualified during the discovery call, they will receive an additional $100 per week for meeting their target (5 qualified meetings per week).

Requirements:

2+ years of sales, business development, or outbound calling experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets.

Ability to handle objections and rejections with resilience.

Familiarity with sales engagement tools is a plus.
