This position is for a startup, online education platform, which is based in the UK. The position is remote.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. We want someone dedicated to recruiting and retaining students, through innovative marketing campaigns, and customer service. With a focus on leveraging cutting-edge technologies, including AI, we aim to create impactful and effective sales and marketing campaigns for our natural health specialised courses. In this job you must win the heart of the client, you must know what they need, and how to meet that need.

Responsibilities:
1. Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify target audience preferences, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
- Analyse sales data to understand customer behaviour and engagement patterns.
2. Data-Driven Campaign Development:
- Utilise AI tools and modern marketing platforms to design, execute, and optimise sales and marketing campaigns.
- Leverage data analytics for personalised targeting and performance tracking across various channels.
3. Student Appointment Setting/Recruitment:
- Lead the development and execution of student recruitment strategies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential students through effective communication and outreach.
- Set appointments for prospective students with our Dean of Studies, for specialised recruitment activities.
4. Cross-Sell & Upsell:
- Partner with other businesses to sell courses on natural health products/services.
- Develop cross-selling opportunities through content creation, online collaboration, and social media engagement.
5. Content Creation:
- Create high-quality marketing materials including educational videos, infographics, whitepapers, case studies, and launch ads.
- Develop engaging online profiles and social media presence to promote courses and initiatives.
6. Communication & Collaboration:
- Work with other tea
- Maintain excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams across platforms.
7. Time Management & Problem Solving:
- Manage multiple marketing tasks efficiently within tight deadlines.
- Address challenges such as unmet campaign goals or client requests by reallocating resources.
8. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Implement metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular reports on marketing performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Proficiency: Strong analytical skills and experience in sales and marketing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics), AI platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and content creation software.
