Employment Law Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced employment law paralegal with 3+ years of experience working at a US employment law firm. You will be joining a successful employment law firm in California on a full-time basis (50 hours/week) during PST business hours (night shift). To be considered, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English;
Experience writing legal documents including demand letters and complaints;
Strong understanding of causes of action to identify violations;
Experience in drafting, revising, and reviewing complaints;
Skilled in drafting supplemental documents and sending second notices;
Proven experience in client communication;
Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel;
Experience with Merus Case is optional;
Excellent professional-level copywriting skills in English;
Experience working with a US-based law firm;
Willingness to work 50 hours/week remotely;
Ability to start immediately (next week);
Quiet home office with reliable internet and power backup.

You will be permanently assigned to one client and will work exclusively with them. This is a long-term, permanent role.
