We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Podcast Editor to edit episodes in Adobe Premiere Pro based on a provided structure. This role requires experience in both audio and video editing, working with proxy files, and ensuring a clean, engaging final product. The final deliverable will be the Adobe Premiere Pro project file with all edits completed.

Responsibilities:
* Edit podcast episodes in Adobe Premiere Pro according to a provided structure using proxy files
* Remove dead space, filler words, background noise, and any unnecessary content
* Adjust levels, EQ, and compression for a balanced and professional sound
* Sync and refine multiple audio and video tracks when necessary
* Ensure smooth transitions, adding intro/outro music and any necessary sound effects
* Maintain consistency in pacing, tone, and style across episodes
* Deliver the Adobe Premiere Pro project file with all edits completed
* Work within deadlines and communicate any issues proactively

Requirements:
* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (experience with Adobe Audition is a plus)
* Strong experience in both audio and video editing, particularly for podcasts
* Ability to clean and enhance audio (noise reduction, EQ, compression)
* Experience working with proxy files and large media assets
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
* Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines
* Access to high-speed internet and a capable workstation for editing
