The AI Agent & Chatbot Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining AI-powered agents for:
Customer service automation (AI-driven chatbots for support, FAQs, and lead qualification)
Sales and marketing AI agents (lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion)
Internal workflow automation (data analysis, report generation, CRM automation)
Financial AI tools (automated financial insights, predictive analytics)
This position requires a deep understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models), NLP (Natural Language Processing), AI automation, and secure system integration to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
1. AI Agent & Chatbot Development
Develop AI-powered conversational agents for customer engagement and internal automation.
Implement machine learning models, NLP frameworks, and AI-driven decision-making algorithms.
Build AI models that are scalable, continuously learning, and contextually aware.
Train AI with company-specific financial and operational data to improve responses.
2. Chatbot & Conversational AI Design
Build AI-driven chatbots that handle customer inquiries, qualify leads, and automate processes.
Integrate AI chatbots with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and marketing tools.
Deploy chatbots across multiple channels (website, social media, SMS, WhatsApp,
Implement voice AI assistants for interactive customer support.
3. AI System Integration & Automation
Connect AI agents with financial software, CRMs, company databases, and other tools.
Automate key processes, including lead nurturing, financial reporting, and compliance tracking.
Build AI-driven predictive analytics tools to enhance financial decision-making.
4. Security, Compliance & AI Ethics
Ensure AI solutions comply with financial industry regulations (GDPR, CCPA, FTC guidelines, etc.).
Implement data privacy, encryption, and AI bias mitigation techniques.
Develop AI agents that align with Apex Financial’s core values and ethical AI practices.
5. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Track AI agent performance metrics and implement continuous improvements.
Conduct A/B testing, model fine-tuning, and user behavior analysis.
Work closely with Apex Financial leadership to align AI solutions with business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills:
?? Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API, LangChain
?? Strong experience in NLP frameworks (spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers)
?? Experience with chatbot platforms (Dialogflow, Rasa, GPT-based bots)
?? Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS), embeddings
?? Experience integrating AI with CRM platforms, ERP systems, and automation tools
?? Cloud deployment experience on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI
?? Knowledge of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) for financial workflows
Soft Skills & Experience:
?? 3+ years of experience in AI development, automation, or chatbot engineering
?? Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services preferred
?? Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
?? Ability to work independently and collaborate with leadership teams

Due to the sensitive nature of Apex Financial’s AI and automation technologies, the selected candidate will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). This ensures all proprietary AI models, automation workflows, customer data, and internal tools remain confidential.
Exclusivity Clause:
This role requires an exclusive work commitment to Apex Financial. The selected candidate cannot develop, consult, or engage in AI/automation projects for competing financial companies during their employment. Any external AI-related work must receive prior written approval from Apex Financial leadership.
