Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support property operations and ensure smooth day-to-day management. This role involves handling accounts payable and receivable, lease administration, tenant communications, and maintenance coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, track payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
Lease Generation: Prepare, review, and manage lease agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Notice Creation: Draft and send tenant notices related to lease renewals, policy updates, and other property matters.
Maintenance Coordination: Receive and log maintenance requests, dispatch service providers, and follow up on work completion.
Tenant Communication: Serve as the point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
Record-Keeping: Maintain organized documentation for leases, financial transactions, and property records.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to property management regulations and assist in generating reports.
Qualifications:
Experience in property management, real estate, or a related administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is a plus.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
