Job Posting: Video Editor for Automotive Restyling Content

Are you a skilled video editor with a passion for creating high-quality automotive content? We’re an automotive restyling shop specializing in window tinting, paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coatings, and vehicle wraps, and we’re looking for a talented video editor to bring our footage to life.

What We Need:
• 15-30 edited clips featuring vehicles shot indoors and outdoors.
• Captions added for social media-friendly content.
• Footage review & selection – find the best shots, ensuring the subject is always in focus.
• Individual clip color correction – no shortcuts. Each clip should be properly lit, ensuring vibrancy, contrast, and natural colors.
• Stabilization & smooth transitions to create visually appealing edits.
• Editing to the beat – every cut should match the rhythm of the selected music.
• After Effects experience is required for adding subtle effects, enhancements, or necessary corrections.
• High-speed internet is a must – all footage is shot in 4K 8-bit, with even a 1-minute clip being 1GB. Editors must be able to download and upload large files efficiently.
• Final exports must be delivered in 4K resolution.
• Experience with Topaz AI is a plus – if you know how to enhance footage using Topaz AI upscaling and noise reduction, that’s a big advantage.

Who We’re Looking For:
• Someone with experience in automotive or high-detail product video editing.
• Strong understanding of color correction and grading to enhance raw footage.
• Attention to detail – we want clips that are sharp, vibrant, and well-balanced.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro (or similar software).
• Creative mindset to turn dull, unevenly lit footage into high-quality content.
• Reliable internet speed to handle large 4K files for both downloading and uploading.
• Bonus: Experience using Topaz AI to enhance video quality further.
