Job Type: Full-Time (8 hours/day)
Salary: $3.50/hour (560 monthly)
Work Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday


Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and grow our social media presence, create engaging content, and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create and schedule engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to optimize campaigns.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Run paid social media ads to generate leads and conversions.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Ability to create high-quality content (graphics, videos, captions).
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
• Experience with paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with online audiences.
• Strong analytical skills to track and improve campaign performance.
