Role Overview
-As a Web Project Manager, you’ll oversee WordPress website projects from start to finish. You’ll work closely with designers, developers, and clients to ensure clear communication, efficient execution, and successful project outcomes. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, understands website development, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage multiple WordPress website projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
-Act as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
-Translate client requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the design and development teams.
-Use project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello) to organize workflows and track progress.
-Identify potential roadblocks and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on schedule.
-Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure sites are built according to best practices and client specifications.
-Coordinate website launches, including final testing, content migration, and post-launch support.
Required Skills & Experience
-3+ years of experience in project management within web design or development.
-Strong understanding of WordPress, including themes, plugins, and basic troubleshooting.
-Experience with project management tools like Asana, ClickUp, or Trello.
-Experience with Photoshop (ability to cut images, save etc.)
-Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical clients.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Experience managing remote teams is a plus.
-Basic knowledge of SEO and website performance best practices is a bonus.
-Basic knowledge of WooCommerce, including an understanding of products, categories, and variable products & shipping settings, a bonus
