Sales Manager

We are a rapidly growing online company looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating and maintaining engaging conversations with our clients, with a strong focus on generating sales and building long-lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain full concentration and fast response times during shifts
* Consistently generate sales through engaging and creative conversations
* Provide a personalized "1 on 1" experience for our customers
* Adhere to company guidelines and instructions
* Work professionally and maintain a high level of customer service

Requirements:

* High emotional intelligence (EQ) and the ability to connect with customers
* Fluent in English, with excellent communication and copywriting skills
* Reliable high-speed internet connection
* A laptop or computer suitable for remote work
* Proactive, motivated, and able to work independently
* Previous experience in sales, call centers, or BPO is preferred
* Working Night Shift (10pm - 6am PHT)
