Job Responsibilities
• Create and edit engaging short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and
• Identify and capitalize on trending topics, viral challenges, and relevant industry trends to maximize video reach.
• Develop and execute social media content strategies that align with IBSpot’s brand identity and marketing goals.
• Optimize content for discoverability using platform-specific best practices, including hashtags, captions, and audio trends.
• Analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, shares, and conversions) to refine content strategy and improve results.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with campaigns, promotions, and seasonal trends.
• Stay up-to-date with social media algorithm changes and content strategies to maximize organic reach.
Requirements
• Proven experience creating viral or high-engagement short-form video content.
• In-depth understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies.
• Ability to brainstorm and execute creative ideas that resonate with target audiences.
