Amazon Wholesale Sourcing Virtual Assistant

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our Amazon FBA team, specializing in wholesale sourcing. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating wholesale accounts, particularly in categories outside of grocery, and be an expert in at least one other category. This role requires proficiency with Tactical Arbitrage, Keepa, and SellerAmp to identify profitable products and secure reliable wholesale suppliers. Experience with SellerSnap is a plus but not mandatory.

This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive pay based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Wholesale Sourcing & Supplier Relations:
Identify, contact, and establish relationships with wholesale suppliers in various product categories (excluding grocery).
Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure long-term and profitable supplier partnerships.
Manage Amazon FBA ungating processes, ensuring compliance with Amazon’s requirements.
Monitor inventory trends and suggest high-demand, high-profit products for sourcing.

Product Research & Analysis
Use Tactical Arbitrage, Keepa, and SellerAmp to analyze product opportunities and ensure profitability.
Track competitor pricing, sales trends, and potential risks before finalizing purchase orders.
Work with sales data to improve sourcing strategies and maximize profit margins.

Amazon Seller Central Management
Ensure sourced products meet Amazon’s compliance and listing requirements.
Maintain and update product data, purchase orders, and supplier details within Seller Central.
Assist in managing FBA shipments and inventory planning to prevent stock shortages or overstock.

Job Type:
Full-Time, Permanent (minimum 40 hours per week)

Compensation:
$3 - $6 per hour (depending on experience)

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
? Experience in wholesale sourcing and establishing supplier accounts outside the grocery category.
? Proficiency in Tactical Arbitrage, Keepa, and SellerAmp for product research.
? Strong negotiation skills to secure the best pricing and supplier terms.
? Understanding of Amazon FBA policies, ungating processes, and inventory management.
? Ability to analyze sales data, pricing trends, and market demand for sourcing decisions.
? Experience with SellerSnap is a plus but not required.
