Are you a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist ready to elevate a leading mental health organisation?

At The Talk Shop, we’re looking for someone with expertise in digital campaigns, audience targeting, and marketing automation to help us expand our reach and connect more people to the care they need.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Managing Campaigns: Build, execute, and optimise high-performing Google Ads and multichannel advertising strategies.
- Creating Landing Pages: Design and optimise high-converting pages using Elementor or similar tools.
- Data Analysis: Analyse campaign performance with tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
- Marketing Automation: Manage workflows in GoHighLevel or equivalent platforms to nurture leads.
- SEO Optimisation: Improve organic traffic with proven SEO strategies.
- Content Creation: Develop empathetic and engaging content that aligns with our brand voice.
- Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, leveraging insights from TEEG materials and external business advisors.

CAPABILITIES, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

Essential:

- Proven experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and multichannel campaigns.
- Proficiency in Elementor or similar landing page design tools.
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel or other marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Desirable:

- Experience marketing high-demand, specialised services.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and performance optimisation strategies.
- A passion for mental health and making a meaningful impact.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Advertising, or similar platforms (desirable).
