We do this by designing and building unique waterproof music players and earbuds, to enable swimmers to enjoy their favorite music, audiobooks, and podcasts while they swim. We also offer a full line of hair and skincare products to help swimmers keep their hair and skin healthy. We sell 100% DTC, all E-commerce.

As we continue and strive to offer top-quality service to our clients worldwide, our increased volume has created an opportunity for us to expand our team.

That’s where you come in as our next Customer Success and Sales Representative. You will skillfully execute your role as a critical member of the team to bring more clients to return and come back to our store.

Success here at the UA team looks like a top-performing agent who consistently meets metric standards by generating revenue goals weekly as determined by providing excellent service to our clients. Excellent service means that the extra step of attention is given to customers as they are struggling with their products.

Here at Underwater Audio, our success is not determined by email efficiency, but rather by the effectiveness of our ability to connect and communicate with our clients to better their experience while using our products and services. This will be the biggest factor in your ability to close sales. Success will find you if you find fulfillment in creating win-win scenarios for both the customer and yourself, as a spokesperson on behalf of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Objectives (20%):

Voicemails/missed calls - We aim to respond to them within 24 hours.

Amazon Buyer messages are to be responded to within 24 hours.

Notes and contact merging - Keep detailed notes and merge the contact profiles between Aircall and HubSpot.

Any emails that are over 24 hours old

Regular Work Activities (80%):


Email
inbox - Daily responsibility of communicating and resolving the issues and concerns of our customers.

Phone coverage during hours of operation.

Scheduling phone calls with customers to resolve their TS needs.

Quick thinker (for when customers ask you questions you don’t know the answer to)

Ability to sell

Familiarity with Apple OS and Microsoft Windows

An understanding of how Android operating systems functions

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Customer Service roles

3+ years of experience in a retail environment

Exceptional English skills
