Virtual Assistant – Outbound Sales Research & Lead Generation

???? Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to support lead generation and outbound sales research. The ideal candidate will identify potential business leads, gather contact information, and assist in cold outreach efforts to help expand our client base for SEO services.

???? Responsibilities:
? Lead Prospecting & Research
Identify local businesses (home service providers, small business owners, professional services) that would benefit from SEO.
Use Google, LinkedIn, Yelp, and industry directories to find potential leads.
Collect business names, contact details, and website information for outreach.
? Cold Outreach Support
Assist in sending personalized cold emails or LinkedIn messages using provided templates.
Track outreach responses and update CRM or Google Sheets.
Follow up with prospects using structured sequences.
? Competitor & Market Analysis
Research competitors’ backlinks, SEO strategy, and local rankings to identify outreach opportunities.
Identify businesses running Google Ads but lacking SEO (a strong lead indicator).
? Data Entry & CRM Management
Maintain a lead tracking system to organize outreach efforts.
Document all interactions with prospects to optimize outreach strategies.

???? Qualifications:
?? Experience with lead generation, sales research, or data entry.
?? Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
?? Proficiency in Google Sheets, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, or Apollo.io (preferred but not required).
?? Excellent written English for clear and professional communication.
?? Familiarity with SEO or digital marketing is a plus but not required.

???? Compensation & Work Schedule:
$7 - $8 per hour (based on experience)
Part-time (10-15 hours per week to start, scalable)
Flexible work hours but must provide daily lead reports
