The Role:
* Maintain and strengthen a company's relationship with its clients or business partners.
* Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues
* Nurturing new relationships and maintaining existing ones
* Identifying clients pain points and needs
* Customer retention whilst balancing business needs and profitability
* Prioritizing and responding to day-to-day queries from customers/VIPs
* High Value Customer account Management
* Customer Retention and reducing cancellations/CHURN
* Proactive management of VIP/Problem orders
* Responding to Customer queries via

What we offer:
* Starting 35k - 45K, depending on work experience (Tax-Free!)
