Hi,

I’m Kane from Mitchell Digital, a web development business based in the North East of England. I’m looking for a confident and skilled WordPress developer to join the business.

What I’m Looking For:
I need a developer who has experience with:

? WordPress Page Building (primarily Beaver Builder)
? PHP (following WordPress Coding Standards)
? HTML, CSS (SCSS), and JavaScript
? Key Plugins: ACF Pro, Gravity Forms, Beaver Builder
? FTP and basic server setup

How We Work:
We build custom WordPress sites using Beaver Builder and rely heavily on custom modules.
We follow a strict development process to maintain consistency and quality across projects.

Project Workflow:
A typical website project will follow this structure:
1. Content & details are provided to the designer.
2. Design is approved by the client.
3. You will build the website in WordPress based on the approved design.
4. You will set up a new environment in InstaWP using a template.
5. Website is reviewed and feedback is provided.
6. You implement feedback and refine as needed.
7. Final approval is given.
8. The site goes live.

Project Management: We use Trello for tracking tasks and managing project communication.
