Job Title: Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & A/B Testing Specialist

Location: Remote

Job Type: Contract 3 months -- with potential to turn into full-time role

With a portfolio of numerous websites, we are looking for a highly skilled Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & A/B Testing Specialist to enhance user experiences and maximize conversions across all our client sites.

Job Overview: We are seeking a data-driven specialist who excels in both Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing. This individual will be responsible for identifying opportunities, executing tests, and implementing learnings across our portfolio to drive higher lead generation and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRO best practices and a systematic approach to A/B testing to optimize website performance holistically.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive CRO strategy, incorporating A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.

- Plan, develop, and execute A/B and multivariate tests across multiple websites.

- Analyze website performance metrics to identify conversion bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.

- Leverage CRO best practices to design test hypotheses and strategies.

- Work closely with web designers, developers, and marketing teams to implement test findings and CRO improvements across all client sites.

- Utilize tools such as Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, Hotjar, or similar to conduct tests and gather insights.

- Interpret test results and translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies for ongoing optimization.

- Document findings and provide recommendations for continuous conversion improvements.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of both A/B tests and broader CRO initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in both Conversion Rate Optimization and A/B testing.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Proficiency in Google Analytics, VWO, Optimizely, or similar testing platforms.

- Familiarity with user behavior tools such as Hotjar or Crazy Egg.

- Understanding of UX/UI principles and their impact on conversion rates.

- Ability to create clear and compelling test hypotheses.

- Experience working with lead generation websites, preferably in the home services industry.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
