We’re Hiring a Social Media Brand Designer (One-Time Project)

Are you a creative designer with an eye for cohesive branding? Rare Essence Academy is looking for a talented Social Media Brand Designer to help us streamline our Instagram presence and overall visual identity. This is a one-time gig to create templates and brand assets that our content creator can easily use moving forward.

What You’ll Do:
• Review our current Instagram: @RareEssenceAcademy and website: www.rareessenceacademy.com
• Refine our color palette and typography to ensure brand consistency
• Present 2–3 initial design concepts for us to choose from
• Provide up to 2 rounds of revisions based on feedback
• Design custom templates for:
• Instagram posts (quotes, testimonials, announcements)
• Carousel posts (step-by-step tutorials, educational content)
• Stories (Q&A, polls, quick tips)
• Reels/Video templates (branded intro/outro, lower-thirds, captions)
• Create cohesive highlight covers
• Deliver a simple style guide for future content creation

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in social media branding, especially Instagram
• Strong design skills in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools
• Ability to translate our current aesthetic into polished, reusable templates
• A portfolio showcasing similar work

Project Details:
• One-time project (estimated completion within 2–4 weeks)
• Includes 2–3 concept options and up to 2 revision rounds
• Remote work
