JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR to understand the hiring needs and ensure that our recruitment process is smooth and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing candidates: Utilize various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to find potential candidates.
Screening and interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and phone interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
Managing the recruitment process: Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Building a candidate pipeline: Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Collaborating with hiring managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and company culture to ensure a great match between candidates and the organization.
Ensuring a positive candidate experience: Provide excellent communication and timely feedback to candidates throughout the interview process.
Offer management: Extend offers and negotiate compensation packages, ensuring they align with company policies and market trends.
Tracking recruitment metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment efficiency, such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple job openings at once.
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
