Operations Manager – Short-Term Rental Business (Full-Time, Remote)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and fast-responding Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our Airbnb and short-term rental operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed, coaching our team when they don’t, and continuously improving processes for efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Team Management & SOP Implementation

Ensure all team members (virtual assistants, cleaners, maintenance staff) follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Provide coaching and reminders when team members do not adhere to SOPs
Continuously improve and develop SOPs to increase efficiency
Guest Experience & Issue Resolution

Respond quickly to guest issues (e.g., check-in problems, complaints, maintenance requests)
Ensure all properties are prepared for seamless check-ins and five-star guest experiences
Oversee team communication to guarantee fast response times
Tech & Automation Management

Manage and optimize property management dashboards (e.g., Guesty, Logify, Hostaway)
Implement and maintain automation tools and AI-driven systems to streamline processes
Monitor operational KPIs and make data-driven improvements
Property & Vendor Oversight

Work with cleaners, maintenance staff, and virtual assistants to ensure smooth daily operations
Handle scheduling, vendor management, and performance tracking
Develop contingency plans for emergencies (e.g., power outages, cleaner no-shows)
