KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
>NetSuite Bookkeeping & Data Integrity
Immediate need to bring 3rd party financial data from other software into NetSuite for the second half of 2024.
Maintain accurate financial records in NetSuite, ensuring timely entries and reconciliations.
Analyze data for errors or inconsistencies to improve the quality and reliability of our financial information.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement best practices and processes for 2025 and beyond.
>Employee Onboarding & HR Support
Assist in creating and sending offer letters, employee contracts, and other onboarding documentation.
Update employment records, employee information, and relevant HR details in our HR software.
Coordinate with team leads to ensure smooth onboarding experiences and compliance with company policies.
>Office & Legal Administration
Handle general office administration tasks such as filing, record maintenance, and document preparation.
Support legal documentation processes under guidance (no formal legal training required).
Ensure all documentation and processes adhere to internal standards and guidelines.
>Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with management to identify areas of improvement in financial and administrative processes.
Provide regular updates on bookkeeping progress and data integrity checks.
Collaborate with various departments to coordinate information flow and maintain data accuracy.
QUALIFICATIONS
>Bookkeeping & NetSuite Experience
Proven experience using NetSuite for bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (posting transactions, reconciliation, reporting).
>Administrative & HR Aptitude
Familiarity with HR processes and tools (e.g., creating employment records and updating employee details).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain accurate records.
>Skills & Characteristics
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for data accuracy and integrity.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable in a remote setup.
>Technical Requirements
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for part-time remote work.
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is important.
