Ad Creative Designer (Graphic Designer) for Real Estate Marketing

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented graphic designer to create compelling ad creatives for land properties. This is an ongoing part-time opportunity where you will design five images per property, totaling 15 images per week. Your work will be used to promote properties on social media platforms, ensuring the designs resonate with the target audience and meet our branding standards.

The role involves designing ad images that incorporate property details, sale terms, and pricing into visually appealing designs. You will tailor designs to resonate with specific buyer personas, ensure all images follow branding guidelines for consistency, and deliver completed work two days before each posting deadline.

Experience in real estate or land sales ad design is preferred. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar software is required. We value strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
