Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced E-commerce Shopify Product Uploader & Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Shopify product uploading, digital marketing tools, order fulfillment, and customer service. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing product listings, handling customer inquiries, and sourcing suppliers for our off-grid products.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Uploading & Optimization
Upload at least 10 products per hour on Shopify with accuracy.
Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images for SEO and conversions.
Utilize Kopy App (minimum 2 years of experience) to create engaging and high-converting product copy.
Implement keyword research strategies using Keywords Everywhere (minimum 2 years of experience).
Google Merchant Services & Google Shopping Ads
Manage product feeds and ensure compliance with Google Merchant Services (minimum 3 years of experience).
Create, optimize, and manage Google Shopping Ads to drive sales and traffic.
Customer Service & Order Fulfillment
Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with orders.
Process and fulfill customer orders efficiently and accurately.
Supplier & Brand Research Call me tony
Identify and establish relationships with USA-based brands, manufacturers, and suppliers specializing in off-grid products.
Negotiate pricing, shipping terms, and product availability with suppliers.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in Shopify product uploading.
At least 2 years of experience using Kopy App and Keywords Everywhere for product optimization.
At least 3 years of experience managing Google Merchant Services and Google Shopping Ads.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Experience in order fulfillment and customer support.
Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
Knowledge of off-grid products is a plus.
