Content Operations Specialist

We’re searching for a fluent English Speaker to join a fast-growing US-based lifestyle management startup. If you've got experience leveraging AI tools (not just ChatGPT), are highly detail-oriented, enjoy working with data, and have a creative eye, then this role is for you!

Compensation:
* Competitive salary: PHP 65,000 per month
* Quarterly performance bonus: PHP 9,000 per month

Working Hours:
* 9 AM - 5 PM EST time (10 PM - 6 AM Philippines time), Monday to Friday
* This is a full time role only (40 hours per week)

Role Responsibilities:
* Gather & Collect Data: Collect information from online resources, suppliers, APIs, and various other sources. Communicate directly with suppliers to stay updated on experience details, pricing, and availability.
* Organize & Structure Content: Categorize, standardize, and structure information within our system. Ensure consistency by removing duplicates, fixing errors, and using the right formats.
* Create & Refine Descriptions: Write clear, engaging descriptions that highlight the best features of our experiences while staying true to the brand voice. Use AI tools to speed up content creation.
* Curate & Upload Listings: Choose top-quality images and videos, and format everything into branded templates. Upload accurate and complete content into our system.
* Maintain Data Accuracy: Regularly check for outdated or incomplete details and collaborate with suppliers to ensure accuracy and freshness of all listings.
* Enhance Workflows: Improve workflows by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting improvements. Document processes and assist with various team projects and tasks.

* Experience with AI tools (and a strong desire to learn more about leveraging AI)
