Lead Generation Specialist

ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to research and identify key decision-makers at target companies—specifically, those with buying authority and purchasing power. We will provide a list of companies in a shared Google Sheet. Your main tasks will include:
• Finding the correct contact (buyer or relevant decision-maker)
• Gathering an accurate email address that does not bounce
• Obtaining a valid phone number (direct or relevant business line)

This is a project-based role. If you deliver strong results, there is potential for additional projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Use online research tools (e.g., LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Hunter) to identify appropriate buyers
• Verify and validate contact information (email and phone)
• Maintain data accuracy and completeness in the Google Sheet
• Flag any issues or obstacles and suggest process improvements

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2+ years of proven lead generation or sales prospecting experience
• Familiarity with relevant research and data enrichment tools
• Detail-oriented with a track record of high data accuracy
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
