Real Estate Cold Caller/Appointment Setter

Looking for a neutral or US-accent caller for both cold and warm leads for real estate. This is a trial assignment for 15hrs for one week, but long term work is possible depending on performance. Applicant must have references from at least 1 or 2 US based real estate teams. Applicant should also be able to think independently; while conversation guidelines will be provided, applicant should be able to use past experience and natural speaking abilities to close appointments.

Experience with G-Suite (Google sheets/docs/gmail/etc.) is necessary as this will be used. Dialer and lead management software will also be provided.
