Talking HealthTech is a leading media and content production company focused on healthcare technology. Through our podcast, partnerships, and industry events, we connect healthcare innovators, technology companies, and decision-makers worldwide.

We’re looking for a partnership coordinator to drive high-value enterprise sales, bringing in new company partners, sponsors, and advertisers while nurturing existing relationships to uncover growth opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing
Selling high-value partnerships and sponsorships – identifying, engaging, and closing new deals.
Handling inbound leads – responding to interest from potential partners and guiding them through the process.
Conducting virtual meetings and calls – confidently presenting Talking HealthTech to new and existing partners (camera on, professional, engaging).
Giving overviews and product walkthroughs – explaining the benefits of our partnership, sponsorship, and media opportunities.
Following up in a strategic, professional manner – you’re persistent but not pushy, focusing on long-term relationships rather than quick wins.
Mapping decision-makers and org charts – understanding how deals are influenced and who to engage to move conversations forward.
Checking in with current partners – ensuring they’re getting value, identifying upsell opportunities, and strengthening relationships.
Keeping the CRM up to date – tracking interactions, managing pipelines, and ensuring no opportunities slip through.
Strategising with the CEO on deals – providing insights on potential growth opportunities and advising on sales strategies.
What We’re Looking For
Proven sales and relationship-building experience – ideally in B2B, healthcare, media, or tech.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales – you know how to navigate complex sales cycles, engage decision-makers, and build trust.
Confident communicator – able to jump on calls, lead virtual meetings, and present Talking HealthTech professionally.
CRM experience – comfortable working with Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar systems to manage leads and deals.
Strategic mindset – you’re always thinking about the bigger picture, long-term opportunities, and ways to improve sales processes.
Proactive and results-driven – you take initiative, follow up effectively, and focus on delivering value.
Experience with healthcare or technology (preferred but not essential) – ability to learn and speak confidently about industry trends.
Job Details
Full-time role – work remotely from anywhere but be available Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM AEDT (Sydney time).
Base salary with commission or performance-based incentives.
