JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join our real estate investing team as an Lead Generation Specialist.
You will play a crucial role in identifying potential sellers, engaging with them over the phone, and prequalifying them and their properties. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls, gather essential information, and determine if the homeowners are interested in selling their properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to homeowners, introducing our real estate investing services and assessing their interest in selling their properties.
Qualification: Engage in meaningful conversations with homeowners to gather detailed information about their property, including its condition, their motivation to sell, timeline, and asking price.
Building Rapport: Develop rapport and trust with potential sellers to encourage open communication and obtain accurate information about their property and selling intentions.
Effective Communication: Clearly and concisely convey the benefits of working with our real estate investment firm, addressing any concerns or queries the homeowners might have.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, conversations, and information obtained from homeowners in our CRM system.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, including sales agents and
property evaluators, to ensure a seamless transition for potential sellers from the initial call to the evaluation stage.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to actively listen and identify key information from conversations.
Basic knowledge of real estate terms and property evaluation (training will be provided).
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and deadlines.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
