Web Developer/Designer & SEO Specialist

We’re looking for a WordPress & Elementor Web Designer/Developer with solid SEO expertise to create high-converting landing pages, build websites, optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP), and improve organic traffic using tools like Elementor AI, SearchAtlas, and OTTO.

Key Responsibilities:
*Web Design & Development – Create landing pages (Elementor AI), build websites (JupiterX), and apply custom CSS/JS/HTML.
*SEO Optimization – Perform on-page (OTTO/SearchAtlas) and off-page SEO (Link Laboratory), manage GBP, and write SEO content.
*Project Management – Use ClickUp, Google Workspace, and AI tools to enhance workflow.

Key Results Areas (KRAs) & KPIs for this role are as follows:
? GBP Ranking & Engagement – Top 3 ranking (10-30 mi.) & +20% profile interactions (3 months)
? Website Traffic & Conversions – +20% organic traffic & +10% conversions (3 months)
? Turnaround Times – Landing pages (2 days), websites (4-6 weeks), web requests (3 days)
? Communication – Daily updates & status tracking
