Shopify Customer Support Manager (Remote – Full-Time)

Uncap is a Chicago-based boutique agency specializing in implementing end-to-end eCommerce solutions for DTC and B2B eCommerce companies. We build functional, high-performing, and results-driven eCommerce websites.
We’re looking for a seasoned Shopify Customer Support Manager who thrives in leading teams to create world-class digital experiences. This person is passionate about the balance of user experience, commerce, and creativity—and how they come together in a well-executed project.

The Role:
• Work closely with Team Heads, Creatives, and Developers to create, communicate, and track project plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client leads and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Balance support for your teams and clients.
• Contract and manage external vendors.
• Conduct bi-weekly analysis of project success and client health.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Experience:
• 1+ year of Support Management experience in Shopify.
• Comfortable managing Shopify Storefronts, Apps, & Integration projects.
• Software fluency: ClickUp, Slack, GSuite, & Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedicated work equipment (WiFi, laptop, microphone).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
• Shopify experience is a huge +++.
