We are a small US Real Estate investment company with a team of 4. We buy and sell vacant land properties in several states across the US. We have traditionally sold properties in partnership with real estate agents in the areas we work. However, we are starting to work in new areas where it is more appropriate for us to do our own marketing and sales of our properties.
What we are looking for is someone with experience building buyers lists, managing social media accounts, and marketing properties. Your goal will be to quickly move properties we acquire through direct sales to buyers, including the possibility of assigning the contracts to other investors. This is not a position where we train you. We need you to hit the ground running. You must have past experience and be a self starter. If we give you a property ready to sell, you must know how to get build the foundation and get the property sold. Experience with seller financing notes management a plus.
Communication is important. You will be interacting with buyers and other investors in the US. You will be responsible for responding to inquiries and any necessary ongoing communications related to buyers purchasing from us over time with seller financing notes.
We are a small team who enjoy working with one another. It is an environment where we all work together and are accountable to one another. The right candidate must be capable of self managing their responsibilities with low supervision and work well within a team. We use slack and zoom for team communication. If I am being honest, we typically start off our people at a lower salary base with ad hoc bonus opportunities based on performance. Our intention is to increase pay for the tea
