Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior
Key Responsibilities:
Facebook
- Plan, execute, and
Own Client Growth:
- Serve as the strategic partner for clients, driving data-backed decisions that impact business growth.
Campaign Planning:
- Design comprehensive marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals and KPIs.
Performance Monitoring:
- Turn CRM data and key metrics into actionable insights that enhance campaign effectiveness.
Go High Level (GHL) Automation:
- Manage CRM workflows, automation, and lead nurturing sequences using Go High Level.
Script & Copywriting:
- Draft high-converting ad copy, video scripts, social posts, and lead nurture
Creative Direction:
- Brief and collaborate with our creative team to develop compelling content that converts.
Project Coordination:
- Work closely with content and tech teams to ensure timely delivery of client deliverables.
Workflow Management:
- Operate within Matus (our white-label version of GHL) and manage tasks through Asana, ensuring seamless project execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of Experience in
- Proven expertise in
- Strong proficiency in Go High Level (GHL) CRM, including automations, workflows, and lead pipelines.

- Experience briefing and managing creative teams (graphic designers, video editors, social media managers).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Compensation:
- Base Salary: 70,
- Uncapped Bonus: Performance-based monthly bonus tied to client management KPIs (discussed post-probation).
