1. Social Media Management - Content Creation / Video Editing / Graphics / Posting / Metrics -- for FB / IG / LinkedIn / Tiktok
2. Handle Calls / Chats -- For Customer Service and Client needs
If we cannot find a VA that can do all these, 1-2 can be 1 VA and 3-4 can be

TOOLS:
- GHL (Required)
- Social Media - FB / IG / LinkedIn / Tiktok (Required)
- Canva (required)
- Slack (required)
- Click-up (required) - for project management - but if VA has worked with Monday.com or Trello its fine.
- TaxDome (nice to have)

REQUIREMENTS:
- US ET - 20 hours a week
- GHL Proficiency should be at EXPERT LEVEL
- Has great communication and accent for customer service calls.
- Can do SMM
- Proactive / Cares about the business - not just the hours/pay
- High Energy
