JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team with various administrative and customer-facing tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent english communication and customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and a proactive approach to handling daily responsibilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer Communication: Being the first interaction with our Valued Customers, the ideal candidate can converse in Native English, answer inbound Calls, Texts, and
- Outbound Lead Managment: Assist in managing and nurturing leads by making and maintaining outbound/inbound communications with prospective Storage Facility Owners within our Inclusive CRM.
- Administrative Support: Aid with regular tasks such as performing Due Diligence Studies, Market Research, and various tasks utilizing Microsoft Office, with the support and guidance of our Team.
- Social Media & Marketing: Helping manage, create, audit, and update various Marketing Campaigns ranging from Google Pay per Click Ads., SEO, and Organic
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- EXCELLENT ENGLISH and Customer Service Capabilities, although the work and associated tasks are not difficult, some customers can be (as typical for customer service). We operate in relatively rural areas where some Customers may have bias against non-native english speaking representatives; clear and native sounding english will result in easier communications.
- Proven Success working remotely as a Customer-Facing Virtual Assistant with experience in Real Estate / Rental Property Customer Service.
- Reliable Availability and Internet Connection, being fully remote and our first interaction with valued Customers, it is imperative that your are available and accessible within your given "Work Hours"; most customer communications are inbound, and will need be answered or returned within a timely manner.
- Working Knowledge of CRMs, Property Managment Softwares, GrassHopper VOIP, BaseCamp Task Managment, and Microsoft Office / Outlook. SEO, Google Pay per Click,
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a high level of organization and performance; honest, trustworthy, and willing to learn and build upon their skill set as an long-ter
HOURS: Approximately 24 - 36 Hours Weekly, within 10 am to 4 pm EST (USA) timezone.
LOCATION: Fully-Remote
