Position: General Virtual Assistant (CST)
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service via phone,
Manage and engage with our social media channels
Assist with creating and scheduling social media content
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions
Requirements:
Must be fluent in Spanish, both spoken and written.
Excellent communication skills with a NEUTRAL to NO ACCENT
Experience in customer service and/or social media management
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences

CENTRAL TIME ZONE. 8AM - 5PM with 1 hour break
It is SUNDAY to THURSDAY.
