Experienced Cold Caller / Lead Generation Specialist

**Work Hours:** Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
**Rate:** $4 per hour

**Job Description:**
We are looking for an **experienced Cold Caller / Lead Generation Specialist** to join our team. Your main focus will be calling **realtors and cash buyers** to pitch and sell our current real estate deals.

### **Requirements:**
? At least **1 year of experience** in real estate cold calling and lead generation
? Excellent **English communication skills** (both spoken and written)
? Ability to **handle objections and negotiate** effectively
? Strong **sales and persuasion** skills
? Reliable internet connection and a **quiet work environment**
