POD Operations Manager (TeeInBlue)

We are looking for a TeeInBlue (TIB) expert with 2+ years of experience to manage and oversee all operations for our growing Print-On-Demand (POD) brand. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for everything from design reviews to product launches and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations: Ensure designs are double-checked, products are listed on the store, and ads are created by the team.
- Creative input: Help decide which new designs will be created based on market trends and business needs.
- Fulfillment management: Select the most suitable POD fulfillment providers for each product.
- Product development: Assist with creating new products and designs when time allows.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with the management team to ensure smooth operations and timely execution.
