Magnum Beauty is a fast growing beauty and skincare distributor based in the UK dedicated to providing exceptional products and experiences to our customers. As we continue to expand our digital footprint, we are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Head of eCommerce with extensive Amazon marketplace experience to lead our online sales strategy.
The Role:As the Head of eCommerce, you will be responsible for driving the company’s online sales strategy, with a strong focus on Amazon and other marketplaces. You will oversee the end-to-end eCommerce operations, optimise listings, and manage advertising campaigns to maximise revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive eCommerce strategy with a focus on Amazon and other online marketplaces.
Manage and optimise product listings, content, pricing, and promotions to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
Lead and manage Amazon Advertising (PPC) campaigns to drive traffic and improve ROI.
Analyse sales performance, customer trends, and market insights to identify growth opportunities.
Work closely with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless eCommerce operations.
Monitor inventory levels, stock forecasting, and replenishment to avoid stockouts and overstocking.
Stay up to date with Amazon policies, algorithm changes, and eCommerce trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Lead a team of eCommerce professionals, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in an eCommerce role, preferably as an eCommerce Manager, or Amazon Manager.
Strong expertise in selling on Amazon (Seller Central, Vendor Central, FBA, FBM).
In-depth knowledge of Amazon SEO, PPC, A+ Content, Brand Registry, and Sponsored Ads.
Experience in managing other marketplaces (eBay, Shopify, Walmart, etc.) is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with experience in Amazon Analytics, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools.
Proven ability to scale eCommerce businesses and drive revenue growth.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and performance marketing.
