We are a bookkeeping and advisory services firm seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, prospecting and qualifying potential B2B clients, setting appointments, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients in our target industries using various online tools and databases e.g. LinkedIn
- Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to reach potential clients via phone,
- Qualify leads based on our ideal client profile and assess their needs for bookkeeping services
- Set consultation appointments for our principal bookkeeper expert to discuss services and close deals
- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and follow-ups using our CRM system
- Collaborate with our principal bookkeeper to ensure a smooth handoff of leads and provide feedback on lead quality
- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing
- Proven track record of success in generating leads and setting appointments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Proficiency in use of prior CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Prior experience marketing for businesses in the service industry
- Advanced fluency in English
