We are looking for an experienced PHP/WordPress Developer to join our team full-time. Your primary responsibility will be customizing and optimizing a WordPress SaaS plugin (Booknetic) to fit the needs of our growing business. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, coding expertise, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions within structured timelines.

Responsibilities
- Customize and enhance the Booknetic WordPress SaaS plugin based on business requirements.
- Develop and implement new features to improve functionality.
- Optimize plugin performance for speed, reliability, and scalability.
- Ensure smooth integration with third-party tools and services (APIs).
- Debug and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Manage database updates and configurations.
- Deliver the Bonza Clean system within 6 weeks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in WordPress plugin development and customization.
- Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL.
- Experience working with APIs and third-party integrations.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
- Available to work full-time (40 hours per week).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with booking/scheduling plugins (e.g., Booknetic, Amelia, WP Simple Booking, etc.).
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks
- Understanding of SEO and performance optimization best practices.
- Familiarity with Git, and Trello for workflow management.
