Podcast Manager

Position: Podcast Manager- We are looking for a STAR Podcast Manager starting part-time & looking to grow with a global company to make a massive impact on our one world & work-full time soon!
Location: Remote
Type: Part-time start moving quickly to Full-time

Responsibilities:
1. Booking me on multiple podcasts

Reach out to podcast hosts on MatchMaker.fm & various other manners
Research and suggest potential hosts
Host Management:

Reach out, schedule, and coordinate with hosts
Prepare pre-interview materials and briefing documents.
Manage host follow-ups and post-episode communication.

Upload episodes to podcast hosting platforms.
Write compelling episode titles and descriptions with SEO in mind.
Distribute content across Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, and other platforms.

Manage promotional collaborations and cross-promotions.
Analytics & Growth Optimization:

Track listener metrics and engagement.
Provide recommendations for increasing downloads and reach.
Optimize content for audience retention and monetization opportunities.
Administrative & Workflow Management:
2. This is for part 2- When Full-Time for my podcast that isn't launched yet.
Maintain organized files and workflows for podcast production.
Ensure timely release of episodes.
Coordinate sponsorships, ads, and potential monetization strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Podcast Manager, Producer, or similar role.
Proficiency in audio and video editing software (Adobe Audition, Descript, Audacity, etc.).
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of podcast hosting platforms and distribution channels.
Familiarity with SEO and podcast marketing strategies.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality output.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in personal development, mindset, or peak performance industries.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Ability to repurpose content for multiple platforms.
