Our brand provides exclusive flooring options, including wool carpets and timber flooring. We are committed to delivering an exceptional online experience that reflects our in-store excellence.

We are seeking a talented Web Developer to join our team. This role involves working on our existing website, which is built on Odoo, to enhance and optimize its content and create new, engaging content that aligns with our brand. You will collaborate closely with our SEO VA to ensure all website content is optimized for search engines and resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Development & Content Management:
- Improve website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and engagement.
- Create new website content, including product pages, blogs, and landing pages.
- Ensure website performance, security, and responsiveness across devices.
- Implement best practices for website design, usability, and SEO.
- Collaborate with our SEO VA to align content with SEO strategies and brand messaging.

Technical Development:
- Develop and maintain the website using the Odoo platform.
- Identify and resolve website performance issues, bugs, and technical glitches.
- Optimize website speed, user experience, and overall functionality.
- Ensure the website complies with current web standards and best practices.
- Work with third-party tools, plugins, and integrations as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in web development and content management.
- Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Experience with Odoo and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Joomla).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Skills:
- Experience in the flooring, interior design, or home improvement industries.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
- Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
