Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and professional Video Editor with at least 1+ year of experience using Adobe Premiere Pro. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling through video and adapt at creating polished, compelling content for both long-form and short-form formats. This role involves working closely with our team to ensure client satisfaction and meet deadlines consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

-Edit and assemble raw footage into high-quality videos tailored for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and TikTok Shorts.

-Apply transitions, motion graphics, effects, audio enhancements, sound design and color correction using Adobe Premiere Pro.

-Collaborate with the creative team to ensure the content aligns with the clients’ branding and objectives.

-Maintain a consistent workflow to meet project deadlines.

-Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in video editing, particularly for social media platforms.

-Manage and organize video assets and project files efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro.
-Strong understanding of video editing principles, including pacing, storytelling, and visual composition.
-Familiarity with social media platforms and the technical requirements for video uploads.
-Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and MEET DEADLINES.
-Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
-A portfolio showcasing your previous work (required).
-Strong computer (Must be able to handle up to 1 hour of 4k footage)
-Fast wifi (Good upload speed)
-Must speak excellent fluent english. (VERY IMPORTANT)
-Hard-working and ambitious.
-Be able to complete all projects within a 24 - 48 hour timeframe (VERY IMPORTANT)

Preferred Skills:

-Knowledge of additional Adobe Creative Suite tools, such as After Effects or Photoshop.

-Experience editing content in niches such as entertainment, educational, fitness, automotive, or lifestyle is a plus.

-Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation.

How Compensation Works:
