-Experience with Shopify, ZenDesk, PayPal, and Stripe
-Previous work history in customer service for E-Commerce platforms
-Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction
Responsibilities:
-Ensure all
-Process refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy
-Arrange re-shipment of products to customers as required
-Maintain active participation in the Staff's Slack group chat on a daily basis
-Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions
-Contact suppliers when necessary to resolve issues or gather information
