JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an expert "Customer Service Representative - Email Support" with experience working in E-Commerce mainly with Shopify. Our company needs someone who can communicate in perfect English, understand our customer's needs and solve all their questions.

Requirements:
-Proficiency in written English
-Experience with Shopify, ZenDesk, PayPal, and Stripe
-Previous work history in customer service for E-Commerce platforms
-Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction

Responsibilities:
-Ensure all email inquiries are addressed within a maximum of 12 hours
-Process refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy
-Arrange re-shipment of products to customers as required
-Maintain active participation in the Staff's Slack group chat on a daily basis
-Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions
-Contact suppliers when necessary to resolve issues or gather information
