Part-Time Podcast Expert – Boxed Business Solutions (BBS)

About the Role:
Boxed Business Solutions (BBS) is looking for a Podcast Expert to help us grow and manage our podcast by:

- Finding & Booking Guests – Researching, reaching out to, and securing high-quality guests (entrepreneurs, business leaders, industry experts).
- Light Editing Video Content – Producing polished, engaging video episodes optimized for YouTube, social media, and podcast platforms.
- Basic Audio Editing – Enhancing audio when needed for a clean, professional sound (bonus).
- Uploading & Managing Content – Ensuring episodes are properly formatted, tagged, and published on major platforms (YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.).
- Creating Promo Clips – Cutting short-form video content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to promote episodes.

This is a part-time position, but we’re looking for someone who can grow with us into a full-time role as the podcast expands.

What We’re Looking For:
* Video editing expertise (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, etc.)
* Experience with guest outreach & booking
* Familiarity with podcast hosting & distribution platforms as well as YouTube
* Basic audio editing skills (Adobe Audition, Audacity, Descript – a plus, but not required)
* Strong communication skills & ability to build relationships
* Highly organized & self-motivated – you’ll be running this show behind the scenes!
