WordPress + Elementor Website Developer

I am a website designer/developer. I already use WordPress and Elementor to build websites for my clients. I use a website template that I designed myself as the foundation for each new client I bring on and then I make customizations to the template based on my client's brand, services, and needs.

The process of building these sites is then fairly straight forward and repetitive since I'm using the same template each time, with the same pages and the same sections. The most customization that happens is around things like colors, typography, imagery, the descriptions of services, button design, etc. Slight adjustments to sections to make each site feel unique from the previous one. So it's less about coming up with a brand new website design for each client, and more about going through the process of getting the template live and then making some slight adjustments to fit that brand's needs.

With this simple website design process it should take 3 - 5 hours total to get a first draft of the website.

I also am looking for someone who can help me maintain these websites every month including bug fixes, plugin updates, small tweaks here and there, etc.

**With that in mind, I am looking for someone who:
? Has a strong experience with WordPress AND Elementor (plugins, web designing, bug fixing)
? Can follow instructions very well (does not try and do anything else besides what is instructed of them)
? Can stick to and meet a deadline (delivers the project on the day they say they will deliver it)
? Has great, consistent communication. (able to provide updates on progress of the websites every few days)
? Has a good eye for modern web design (knows what a professional, modern-looking website looks like on desktop and mobile)

Again, I am not looking for someone to come in and build websites from scratch. I need someone dependable, and reliable to be apart of my team to go through a series of steps that I outline for you to build and maintain these websites.
