JOB OVERVIEW

We’re launching an innovative social media consulting firm making a powerful impact in the beauty & health industry! While we are starting in this space, we will be shifting our focus to specialized commercial real estate suite rentals. Our mission is to create a vibrant online community and provide top-tier content that engages and informs our audience. We are seeking a dedicated Social Media Manager to join our team full-time, working exclusively with our company.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies on Instagram to enhance brand awareness and engagement, with potential expansion to other platforms.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content tailored to our target audience, including posts, articles, and community interactions. Initial content creation will involve researching and cataloging data from sites we are members of. A quick turnaround is essential.
Paid Ads: Plan, create, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions, utilizing platforms such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
Ad Performance Analysis: Analyze current ad campaigns and continuously adjust strategies to improve performance and better reach the target audience.
Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and understand audience preferences to refine content and strategies.
Graphic Design: Create visually compelling graphics to enhance social media posts and advertisements.
Video Editing: Edit and produce both long- and short-form video content that aligns with our brand voice and engages our audience.
AI Integration: Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, ad optimization, and social media strategy.
Administrative Responsibilities: Manage social media calendars, track metrics, and report on performance to guide future strategies.
Team Communication: Must be able to communicate quickly and effectively with the team and managers to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management.
Strong knowledge of paid advertising strategies and platforms.
Expertise in analyzing and optimizing ad performance for better audience targeting.
Experience using AI tools for content creation, ad optimization, and data analysis is a must.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Strong ability to communicate efficiently with team members and management.
