As a YouTube Video Editor, You Will:
?? Edit high-quality YouTube videos (gaming, vlogs, montages, IRL) with precise pacing, transitions, and storytelling.
???? Ensure videos align with client briefs and audience retention best practices.
????? Upload finalized projects to Google Drive for manager review and client delivery.

Daily Workflow:

Tasks assigned daily by your manager (flexible workload based on complexity).

Collaborate via Discord for feedback and revisions.

???? REQUIREMENTS
? 2+ years of YouTube video editing experience (portfolio required).
? Mastery of Premiere Pro/After Effects or similar tools (software not provided).
? Fluent written English for understanding client notes.
? Reliable internet (25+ Mbps) and 8-hour availability (flexible time zones).
? Ownership: Legal access to editing software (no pirated tools).
